I started doing some research a couple weeks ago. Coz it was really bugging me that I didn't have an exact location for the town 'Punksdale. It wasn't that important but I felt it would bring the area to life a bit more o3o but even the name was bothering me, simply coz I thought 'Dale' referred to fields and stuff XP
Blah, so I started by looking through some American states. Jim Carrey (my idol asdfghjkl) was born in Canada, Jason totally has his accent <3 Therefore I wanted somewhere near there, but also decent distance from places such as California and New York, I didn't really wanna set it in an 'overly well-know' state, per say. And so, after driving myself nuts and learning quite a lot of USA geography actually, I decided South Dakota was an awesome place to 'put' Punksdale. It's no too far from the border of Canada and pretty damn central with cool initials, nya~
Also, there's a Parksdale in California, hehe, I was quite surprised at that, and it justified my original name choice, so I's happy now :3
